Evelyn is Managing Director of Atlas Asia Law Corporation, an independent member firm of the global EY network in Singapore. She has extensive experience as a lawyer advising clients on corporate and commercial law, M&As and corporate finance transactions in Southeast Asia.
Her advice covers private and public M&As, public take-overs, corporate restructuring exercises and delistings. Evelyn advises clients on the Singapore law aspects of international restructuring exercises and acquisitions or divestments of businesses. Other areas include advice on rights issues, share placement exercises, as well as private equity and venture capital fundraising exercises.
Evelyn is also experienced in advising clients on compliance, licensing and other issues relating to Singapore’s Securities and Futures Act, Banking Act, Insurance Act and Moneylenders Act.
She has also received accolades as a “Leading Individual for Corporate/M&A” and a notable practitioner in the Chambers Asia-Pacific and IFLR1000 guides respectively.
